We have been coming to this restaurant for years, in fact I went it first opened in 2001. The service is always hit or miss as is the food. We mainly go for the margs, everyone knows how strong and fun they are. Tonight we had a server we have never seen before named Andre. He was very attentive and friendly to our entire family of 6 (which includes 2 little boys). He was courteous and thorough, asked specific question to make sure everything was accurate to ensure we had a great experience which I have never had at this restaurant before. Thank you Andre!
Our food and drinks were per usual. We are regular customers so we must like it enough. -

The tortilla soup is great. A nice large bowl makes a fine meal. The chips are crispy but would benefit from being served warm.
Best to go for dinner. If it is crowded you'll have a hard time hearing your companions as it's noisy due to all the hard surfaces. In the cold hard light of day you can see the place really could use a good clean and a fresh coat of paint. The restrooms are dingy and a disaster. -

Ordered a Purple 'rita out curiosity. Betcha I won't do it again. Tried it, spit it back out and waited for our server to come back around. When she did, she informed me that not only could it not be taken off the ticket, but it could not be exchanged for an alternate margarita.
Food was less than mediocre. My mom and aunt's taco shells were stale. It lacked flavor. We were going to Cyclone Anaya's or Pappasitos, betcha I'll follow my first mind next time.
We're visiting but the locals seem to like this mess. Never heard from the management about the discontent. -

Came to Baby A's for dinner and it was a little busy around night time. Went to the bar for a seat to watch some TV and have a drink. The bartender greeted us quickly and asked for drink orders. To start we ordered some chips and queso which wasn't too bad. I wish the cheese was more flavorful but it wasn't breathtaking. For an entree we shared the 3 tacos of Carnitas served with rice and beans. The tacos were really tasty. The sides of rice and beans also tasted great. The entree did not dissapoint here. Service was decent and the food wasn't too bad either. Maybe there's something on the menu here thats more appetizing that I will have to try.
